Matt, Sharon, Vlad and the team were fantastic. We cannot rave enough about how happy we are with our renovation. It started with the initial consult, where Matt discussed our options and listened to our thoughts. He was great at either putting our ideas into reality or suggesting a better alternative. The final plans allowed us to materially change how every room in the house functioned, making for better flow and use of space.They completely gutted our 4 bedroom house and re-fitted the kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and laundry, including some minor structural changes (While we lived in the house). Everything went exactly to schedule and there were no hiccups, which was important with the completion date one week before Christmas. Pricing was exactly as quoted, with the only variations being due to changes we requested along the way. There were no delays in materials either, which is quite an achievement given the COVID environment.The quality of the workmanship is exceptional, and every tradeperson who came to the property was polite, courteous and professional. The team was fantastic and aware of our primary school aged kids, who are both curious and sensitive to change, and our pets.The entire project turned out better than we could have expected. We couldn't imagine needing to change our house again, but if we did we'd gladly use Matt and his team in the future.

We decided to renovate our en-suite with Matt and the team from Principal Renovations after seeing the excellent workmanship in a family members home. We could not be happier with the end result and the whole process was smooth and delivered on schedule. Almost 2 years later we still walk into the bathroom every day and love the look and functionality. Would highly recommend to anyone considering taking on a renovation project.

We couldn't have asked for a more professional and amazing company to do our bathroom renovation. From the time we met Matt for consult to the finished product, we were super impressed with the finished product.

Matt and his crews did a great job from designing our home renovation to selecting materials to demolition and installation. The schedule was, remarkably, adhered to almost precisely. In the end the most important thing was that the total look and workmanship was outstanding and eight months later we are still enjoying the renovated house (kitchen, lounge area, bedrooms and bathroom) with no problems. And Matt is a great guy - very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. We are planning to do a further renovation on our second guest bathroom and are going back to Matt and Principle Renovations.

Matt and his team at Principal Renovations did a great job on our bathroom and kitchen makeover in our Perth unit. The quote, after discussions around what we wanted and what he thought would work given his experience, was very reasonable and included all our requests. There were no hidden charges as the job progressed! Matt was very professional and hardworking, he was always available to discuss the reno and was very responsive to any of our suggestions. He even helped me with a couple of extra jobs in the unit, he is very focused on keeping his clients happy. We were very satisfied with the modern look and great quality of the finished rooms, which improved our property's value immensely. I would highly recommend their services (and have done so).

I was delighted to have Principal Renovations transform our very dated 1970s bathroom into something we are incredibly proud of. The process was smooth, and Matt and Sharon are delightful to deal with. Tradies were polite and on time, kept us updated with progress and kept the site clean. Only a few minor issues that were dealt with promptly, everything was well planned and executed to a very high quality. Highly recommended.

Matt and his team were great to work with. Matt had some great ideas for re-modelling our old bathroom, and we were very happy with the process, from start to finish. After completing the main bathroom (plus toilet & laundry) we were so impressed, we asked them to come back to do our en-suite and walk-in wardrobe!

Last year we had our bathrooms and laundry renovated by Principal Renovations. My husband was so impressed with the professionalism of all of the tradesmen and the management team also. So impressed in fact that we then went ahead and had our kitchen renovated this year. I love my new kitchen. The whole team at Principal Renovations are professional and kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way.
